Why is it?.....................

Can anyone tell me why it is that the week the kids are off from school, and we are stuck inside due to the freezing weather, the days seem to drag on & on? It's been one of the longest weeks of my life in awhile! ;)

But yet, somehow, when we are actually on vacation, in warm, sunny paradise, the days fly by and are over before we know it? Interesting how that works, huh?!

Anyway, we did all get to enjoy some outdoor fun today. As much as I dislike the cold, I couldn't resist a good snowball fight! When we first got outside, Mackenzie was not too pleased - notice her boo-boo face! Here I am challenging Ryan and Kelsey to hit me with their best shot! Which then, Ryan did! Check out my hat ~ my little man's got great aim! Next they decided to make some snow angels for Papa to see from Heaven: Here's a funny video of Mackie making a snow angel. Does it remind anyone else of "A Christmas Story"?

Back to the snowball war! Here's Mackie getting ready to lob one - And Kelsey's turn (note her stance-she's an old pro at this!) Here's Ryan preparing for "INCOMING"! Now Daddy and Ryan going at it - and the girls working on the world's tiniest snowman! We all had a great afternoon, just spending time together having fun! Oh how I cherish these moments!
